So what happens if you just use the unmodified example from SDK 15.3.0 ?

Probably easiest to start with that, and then bring in your custom code - rather than try to hack an old-SDK project into a new SDK ...

I have based on SDK 14.2.0 ble_ant_app_hrm example and I change API SDK 15.3.0 Softdevice s340 6.1.1.

Yes, I confirm that I only connect to on BLE device at a time.

Can you give me a bit more information about what the code is doing?

Have you based your project off of one of the SDK examples? If so, which one?

If you get connection handled 0x08 after connecting to a single device it sounds like something is wrong.
Can you confirm that you only connect to one BLE device at a time?

I find the reason why conn_handle is 0x08.

That is because NRF_SDH_CENTRAL_LINK_COUNT set 0x08.

But I don't find the solution other problems. My device role is peripherals.
