I've just downloaded SDK 15.3 and compiled BLE peripheral HRS app. After flashing SD 332 and the app and starting it, it seems to hang on disconnection. I.e. It starts fast advertising, I connect with Nordic nRF Toolbox and I receive data.
I did try it here with iphone (tried both toolbox and nrf connect) using the \nRF5_SDK_15.3.0_59ac345\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_hrs and S332v6.1.1 and it doesn't seem to fail.

Is it possible you have some sort of assert (check app_error_fault_handler())? and/or have changed anything in the SDK example?

Best regards,
Kenneth
