Enabling the long-range capability (Coded-PHY) is purely internal to the nRF chip - so shouldn't affect external interfaces.

it's about adapting the hardware to the nRF52840 to get long range capability, and adding some additional sensor features;

From some recent posts, it doesn't seem that the thingy is being actively maintained at all ?

How much of the thingy is actually specific to the nRF52832 ?

What is it that you specifically require which isn't on the existing thingy ?

Aren't there Beacon examples in the SDK anyhow ?
