Have you tried connecting with "J-Link Commander"? If yes; what does the output show?

Is the device battery powered? If yes, have you tried using a fresh battery?

nrfjprog version: 9.8.1
JLinkARM.dll version: 6.44

Yes, it a custom one. So, I use an external JLink.

Hi,

Q1: It looks like you are running the latest nrfjprog, but what about the JLink Segger driver?

You can check the status using -v:

C:\Users\haal>nrfjprog -v
nrfjprog version: 9.8.1
JLinkARM.dll version: 6.40b

You can download the latest driver on seggers website if you have an old one.

Q2: Is this is a custom board or are you running on a nRF52-DK?
