Are you able to use the <a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-Tools/Development-Tools/nRF5-Command-Line-Tools">command line tools</a> instead (i.e. nrfjprog) for the manufacturing phase? You can easily create scripts that way. I would test that out. Since flashing via SES works fine, I do not think anything is wrong with your linker settings.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
