hi, I am out of the same problem, but the reshipment cannot solve. Prompt "jlink CDC uart port "driver has been found, but not installed correctly, or the "jlink CDC uart port is the latest drivers"!

Hi, This problem was solved by re-install JLinkARM_v474b. I don't know why but It really work. BR shali lv

yes, my dongle enumerate properly. It come up as "JLink CDC UART port (COM4) in the device settings. Is there any other posibility letting MCP could not fine it?

Hi,

Does the dongle enumerate properly? This can be verified under your device settings. It should come up as "J-Link", and show under COM ports as "J-Link CDC UART port"
