Hi Lilit,

Do you use the python 2.7.16 Windows x86-64 MSI installer (for x64)? If so, please uninstall it and install Windows x86 MSI installer. nrfutil does not support 64-bit python now.

To obtain the requirements.txt from NordicSemiconductor-github and install all required Python packages simply run:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Then, you can follow the instruction as Installing from PyPI.

Do you use the 2.7.16 python for AMD64/EM64T/x64? If yes, please uninstall the python 64-bit version and use the Windows x86 MSI installer.

Yes, when I run that command, I get the same "Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement antlib~=1.0b (from -r requirements.txt (line 15)) (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for antlib~=1.0b (from -r requirements.txt (line 15))" message.
