&lt;p&gt;There is no easy solution to this, since it is controlled by iOS. My suggestion is to have an inactive timer on the keyboard, such that if no key press for&amp;nbsp;1 minute, then the keyboard can disconnect and go to sleep.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
