"Initial value for GPIOTE output after configuration is undefined"
and example workaround code is given.
Looking at nrf_gpiote.h in the SDK V7.0.1 describes "OUTINIT

RE: nrf51822 PAN #9 confusion

For others who read this article, but might not see another one between me and Stefan:

So the SDK 7.0.1 is the most current solution for PAN bug #9, and should be used with C0 chips rather than what is in the PAN v2.4 document. Per your answer to another of my questions, for G0 chips, the bug has been fixed in silicon, and the workaround code that is in the SDK is not needed, but is harmless.

Thanks.

RE: nrf51822 PAN #9 confusion

Hi Philip

Thank you for your observation.

At some point, there was found a bug in the provided workaround provided in the PAN. The fix was included in the SDK but the PAN was not updated with the same fix. I have reported the issue as a bug in PAN documentation.
