After switching to NRF Connect mobile app, the phone couldn&amp;#39;t connect to the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since it is a legacy product so it will take a bit of time to setup the equipment to get any log data out. I can try to provide you with NRF Connect log data maybe tomorrow. Also i will try to get the team to produce a sniffer trace if possible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It occurs with S9 and some others phone from different brands (including Nokia 6.1, Xiaomi, etc)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Could you provide me with more details on what kind of issues&amp;nbsp;you are running into? Do you get any error codes?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You aren&amp;#39;t able to connect at all or do you disconnect after a connection? Are there any logs that I can look at? Does this only occur with S9?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
