Try (re)installing the <a href="https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink/">Segger drivers</a>.</p> <p>If you are completely new however I suggest you try <a href="https://www.segger.com/products/development-tools/embedded-studio/">SEGGER Embedded Studio (SES)</a>, as this is a free IDE for Nordic Semiconductor customers, and I personally find it as an easier development environment than Keil (Of course if you are already comfortable with using Keil, never mind).</p> <p>Best regards,</p> <p>Simon</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
