A little update:

This is the application (\examples\connectivity\ble_connectivity\) used on the dongle, and then you have to apply the pc-ble-driver. Similar cases can be found here and here.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you mean. You need to specify more what you are looking for.

I'm sorry, I somehow missed this sentence. There is currently no UART example for the nRF52840 dongle (pca10059).
The only supported examples are the following:

examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_blinky
examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_hrs
examples\connectivity\ble_connectivity
examples\peripheral\blinky
examples\peripheral\cli

One solution would be to migrate a UART project from pca10056 to pca10059.

There are similar cases regarding pca10056 to pca10059, the most relevant would be this one. Also see here, here and here.

The response is not really I want.I actually know how to program the nrf52840 dongle, and really get the source code for nrRF connect for PC on github.What i want to know is that the project source code we download the project hex file to nrf52840 dongle.If i get the project source code, then i will know the uart protocol between nrRF connect for PC and nrf52840 dongle.I will add some uart protocol commands for custom board test.

The nRF Connect PC software is available from GitHub to develop your own.
