AFAIK, No.

There is no mention of a pre-programmed bootloader in the Product Specification.

AFAIK there is no "default hex file in nRf52840" - the chips are shipped blank.

On Laird module is assembly a unprogrammed nRf52840. Before Laird module we tried use pure nRf52840 and we had same issues. So I just need default hex file in nRf52840. Erase chip does not help reproduce the situation.

You would have to ask Laird for that - it is nothing to do with Nordic!
