&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;It is recommended to start with a simple sample and build upon, however you can start from scratch if you prefer that (&lt;em&gt;just look at how other samples are build).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
