 I was going through the errata sheet and discovered the PAN #88. 
 It states that the current consumption is increased when entering System ON Idle within 125us after reloading the WDT.

&lt;p&gt;I do turn off the HFXO before entering Sytstem ON mode.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So this must be the reason why i don&amp;#39;t see this anomaly occuring.&lt;/p&gt;

This is related to the HF clock not being released, but if you manually start the clock (HFXO) when doing stuff, then feed the WDT and stop the clock before going to sleep, you should be fine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are you able to reproduce this with some simple code you can share here on devzone? Then I can look into it and do some measurements to see what happens.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
