With Vidar's answer you are able to program anything you want, but for convinience when you just want to use Master Emulator Firmware with the dongle you can do this:

Open Master Control Panel
Choose your dongle from the "Master Emulator" drop down list at the top left
File->Flash Programming
Choose e.g 0.10 MEFW.

Hi, the firmware is located in the Master control panel installation directory under firmware. You should choose the 0.10.0 version for PCA10000. Next step is to program the firmware via nRFgo studio by following these steps:

Open the latest nRFgo studio and then choose the master dongle you want to use in the device manager menu.
Click erase all button
Under "program application" tab, browse the location of the MCP firmware. Then click on program.
