 0.did the switch_light sample use FressRTOS ? 
 1.if not use , can i use FressRTOS directly ? does once i add FressRTOS folder and files ,then it will works?

&lt;p&gt;No - it does not use any RTOS at all.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In fact, the majority of nRF-based projects probably don&amp;#39;t use any RTOS at all - so why do you think you need an RTOS?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No - you can&amp;#39;t just randomly dump an RTOS into an existing project!&lt;/p&gt;
