Yes. This is Custom Bootloader.

I don't use DFU. Using DFU seems to require a lot of modifications.

My environment is [PC(W/L) -(TCP)-> AP -(UART)-> nRF52] or [PC(W/L) -(TCP)-> AP -(UART)-> nRF52 -(BLE(modified NUS))-> nRF52].

I would recommend that you use the bootloader we provide in the SDK, and the architecture and memory layout that we uses in the SDK. See this page. And see this page, and this page. You might also find this post useful.
