&lt;p&gt;Can you please provide more information on what you are using and what your are trying to do.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are you transfering data with notifications, writes, or are you upgrading firmware with bootloader?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What nRF51 SDK version are you using?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What softdevice and what version are you using?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What version of nRFToolbox are you using, and what profile? Android or IOS?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What hardware are you using, what are the chip marking on the chip, what development kit and what version?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What device are you using on the central side, Nexus 5, Samsung S4, Iphone 5S, ... ?   Thanks&lt;/li&gt;
