To change the config, OpenThread library needs to be rebuilt, following the description in the <a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/DocLib/Content/SDK_Doc/Thread_SDK/v2-0-0/thread_intro?12#thread_qsg_libraries">documentation</a>.</p> <p>The UART config can be found in <a href="https://github.com/openthread/openthread/blob/master/examples/platforms/nrf52840/platform-config.h">platform-config.h</a>. Make sure you checkout the commit mentioned in nRF5_SDK_for_Thread_and_Zigbee_2.0.0_29775ac\external\openthread\project\readme.txt after you clone the GitHub repository and before rebuilding libraries.
