 We are using nRF52840 DK with PPK stacked on top of it. We flashed BLE power profiling application, connectable advertising and observing graph on PPK. 
 Please answer below doubts 
 1. &lt;p&gt;Sorry. I meant SB40, yes. And the pins on P22 is not shorted, right? Where did you connect the USB cable? Did you use the USB port on the DK or the PPK?&lt;/p&gt;

I don&amp;#39;t think you actually have 80mA current peaks.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It should say update next to the Power Profiler app.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does that make a difference? Remember to check if SB9 is cut. Or are you using a custom PCB?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, in what positions are your switches on the PPK? SW2, SW4 and SW3?&lt;/p&gt;
