I tested it using CLI directly. The network works. 
 But I can&amp;#39;t observe topology on the monitor tool.

&lt;p&gt;Please make sure that you check the &amp;quot;Perform factory reset&amp;quot; checkbox in the application:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I initially got the same error with similar setup to you, but checking this box fixed the issue.&lt;/p&gt;
