I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Have you tested with a different PC? Which version of the Thread Topology Monitor are you using, and from which SDK version did you flash the CLI example? You are using the UART version of CLI firmware? Did you use the precompiled hex-file?

Which version of the DK do you have?

Yes. I've done it. Still not working. The 'Error - No response from Thread CLI device.' is showing every 30s (timeout).

Have you tried erasing the CLI example from the board and flashing it again?

Still not working :(

Hi,

Please make sure that you check the "Perform factory reset" checkbox in the application:

I initially got the same error with similar setup to you, but checking this box fixed the issue.
