Many thanks for your help.I have recreacted my service and the issue is not happen again.In my free time, I will upload my project that can cause problem and you can try it . I think that will be good for our development .

Could you please share your code with us? I think it must be something wrong with your code. But it is impossible for us to know without having a look at it.

I use SoftDevice.The example code can not happen the sameple code.It only happen with my custom code that can be builded pass(not any error).If I download my project,nrf51822 will be not identify by keil and nrfgo studio.

You can edit your question to include your complete project, then you must also say what SDK version and SoftDevice version you are using. If your project is secret, you should create a case in the MyPage support portal, and add it there.

Have you changed the download function? Click Options for Target->Utilities->Settings Are "Erase Sectors" selected? If not, select it.

I can dowmload first time ,but i can not download next time . error :No Cortex-M SW Device Found . keil can not identify nrf51822 and cannot debug .

Does the same thing happen with the example code (without modifications), or is it only your custom code? Are you using SoftDevice?

Are you able to download it? Do you get an actual error? What is it? If you can download, have you tried to debug?

I mean my program can be builded pass,but nrf51822 will be not work when I download this program .Meanwhile , I can not download any program next time.If I want to download again , I have to reset by J-Link commander . So I do not know what error can cause it and how can I avoid it .

I wild guess; could it be that you call sd_power_system_off() somewhere?
