It's the total current consumption, without any other application running on the CPU but the SoftDevice.

in Nordic's "Online Power Profiler", about the roles, what means ''advertising connectable'' ? what is the difference with the advertising non -con/ -scan ? and what is difference with peripheral ?

the current consumption given in Nordic's "Online Power Profiler" is the consumption of the peripheral to send/ receive the data or it is the consumption of the peripheral + the CPU consumption ?

Using Nordic's "Online Power Profiler" will give you a lot of the answers you're looking for. As for the details of BLE and the roles, there are perfectly good easy to understand online tutorials, both here on the Nordic forum as elsewhere (e.g. https://www.novelbits.io/).
