But that's not the same thing at all: the thread title is, "Sending data to particular central..." - it's about sending to the central; not sending to a peripheral!

That's application specific. You can do it however you want - you can create a new characteristic or use an existing one. It depends on what you want to do.

Hey i found it, now i am able to send data to particular central.

I have one more task to do i.e how can i send string or extra integer data when i press a button from one device and receive at other device. Do i need to add any new characteristic or use button characteristics or any other way with some clear idea?

Well, you must connect to them somehow right? I'm guessing that you call sd_ble_gap_connect() when you receive an advertisement report. When you receive the event BLE_GAP_EVT_CONNECTED you should store the connection handle.

You just have to pass the appropriate connection handle to the sd_ble_gatts_hvx() function.
