I switched to SEGGER Studio for now
with this program flashing and all the stuff works finde for now. Thanks so far.

Hmm maybe the J-Link FW on the SAM-32 chip have been erased, see https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/27582/erased-j-link-firmware-from-interface-mcu/108935#108935

Alright.

However, the nRF Connect Programmer won't connect to the non of the three devices as well.
The log error is: Unsupported device. The detected device could not be recognized as neither JLink device nor Nordic USB device.

I suggest you stop using nRF Go Studio as it is deprecated and rather use nRF Connect For Desktop with the Programmer application.

Another alternative is nrfjprog via command line.
