I was upgraded to the latest software of the Galaxy Note 4, and It was solved the BLE connection problem. thanks.

I have got a hold on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and I have been able to reproduce it, but we believe that this is something that needs to be fixed on Samsung's end.

We have reported the issue to Google.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to test, but could you please elaborate on what's happening? Do you get a disconnect? During or after pairing? Have you tried to sniffed the connection? Please edit your question to include the information.
