&lt;p&gt;In SDK version 15.3, ESB uses NRF_TIMER2 and NRF_TIMER3, so no. This might be different in older SDK versions, so I suggest you check out&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp"&gt;Infocenter&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and your specific SDK version. You can find this info under User Guides-&amp;gt;Enhanced ShockBurst User Guide-&amp;gt;Resources.&lt;/p&gt;
