It has been a while since this post, are there any better estimates on when one could experiment with direction-finding feature? Any dev-kits or guidelines to try it out?

Currently we have the necessary radio HW to support direction finding, but we are working on an antenna reference design, white paper, and necessary SW that you'll need to start developing. I believe this is scheduled for release in Q3/Q4.
