 I have an application with NUS service, in which I set the device name by sd_ble_gap_device_name_set. And the device name length is 26 bytes.

&lt;p&gt;The reason for this is most likely that you don&amp;#39;t have enough space for the entire name in the advertisement packet. You can only fit 31 bytes in a single packet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are you adding any extra data to the advertising packet due to the addition of the security feature?&lt;/p&gt;
