&lt;p&gt;I finally found a solution, I put the file &amp;quot;J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170724&amp;quot; (you can find it &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-Tools/Development-Kits/nRF52-DK/Download#infotabs"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;, this is the first download link when you scroll down) into the Bootloader file.&lt;/p&gt;
