Nice. You can use the section in the user guide "2.3.2 Update the profiles" and "2.3.3 Add the Sniffer profile" section to setup the Wireshark view.

Yes you are right the issue was due to python version when i changed the python 3.7.x to python 2.7.x and following the user guide my issue was solved.

i have some doubt about the sniffer packet analysis .Can we able to see the values of data in the packet sending to the central device.If we can how?

You should be using python version 2.7.x . Please look at the required software section in the nRF Sniffer User Guide , additionally verify that python is in the path along with the other steps in the section on "Install nRF Sniffer" in the user guide
