 Recently I started working on BLE. I need details with respect to BLE 5.0.

 2x Range (With 2Mbps PHY) 
 4x Speed (With Coded PHY : With Coding Schemes = 2 &amp;amp; 8)

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s the other way around: 2Mbps PHY gives you more speed, coded PHY gives you better range.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Only the nRF52840 supports the coded PHY option&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, the coding schemes yield 125Kbps or 500Kbps effective transfer rate.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So you can select either 2Mbps phy or coded PHY, but not both at once.&lt;/p&gt;
