Hi,

The thing I don't understand is how i can define my SPI pins ? Not the Clock, the MOSI, the MISO orthe SS, I am talking about the pins of the SPI module i am using (here a digital potentiometer).

I am sorry, but we don't have any tutorials on this matter. I suggest you have a look at the documentation provided for the SPI driver and see if you are able to use that and the example in the SDK to figure something out. If you need more introductory tutorials etc. here are the tutorials present on DevZone.
