I ’ m trying use nrf-blue-image-transfer-demo with nRF52840-DK.
https://github.com/NordicPlayground/nrf52-ble-image-transfer-demo/tree/master/pca10056

I use to power the nRF52840 with a 3.3V at the VIN3-5V. ( * )

Thank you for your reply.

I understand.

Consider the introduction of the Power Profiler Kit in conjunction with the investigation of the camera module.

This issue is considered a solution.

Best Regards.

The nrf52-ble-image-transfer-demo available on Github isn't power optimized and thus expected to draw significant more power than other examples. I assume that the additional current consumption comes directly from the camera modul, I therefore think that any significant power savings would come from optimizing that module. Unfortunately, the demo is at the right moment not officially supported as it's part of the Nordic-Playground repository. Which means that any optimizing of code is something that you would have to do yourselves.

Best regards

Jared
