Sorry Can't access to that link even with my register account and licence key. I really need the P20 pinout to be able to programm external modules, I appreciate if you could send me that.

Login in Nordic website, go to Products --> Bluetooth Smart --> click on nRF51 DK (download starts). All you need is inside document PCA10028_Schematic_And_PCB.pdf

I would need the pinout of the NRF51-DK debug output P19 or P20, anybody?

My guess is that it is 1- VDD 2-SWDIO 3-GND 4-SWD can't find for others,

You do not need an external programmer with the NRF51-DK. There is an onboard programmer/debugger. You plug the board to a USB port on your PC and then you can program the board.

You can also use it to program/debug other boards that use 3.0V supply voltage, as MattB has already pointed out.

Update 15.1.2014 I believe the pinout of the debug-out P19 connector on the nRF51 DK board is given on this thread

I have not used this feature myself, but according to the nRF51-DK user guide the answer is yes:

The nRF51 DK board supports programming and debugging of external boards. To debug an external board, connect to the Debug out (P19) connector with a 10 pin cable. When the external board is powered, the interface MCU will detect the supply voltage of the board and program/debug the target chip on external board instead of the on-board nRF51422.
