Could you please elaborate what you mean by second advertising?

Thank you very much. I found an example where the extended advertising information was always presented through various services UUID, I just want to customize private information. And how to put MANUFACTURER_SPECIFIC_DATA in the second advertising?

Please take a look at this simliar case:

The reason that you are not seeing the extended advertisement packets on your phone, is most likely due to the phone not supporting it.
You can check which features the phone supports by using the nRF Connect app and opening the device information page.

Extended advertising is not supported on the nRF52810 because to the softdevice (S112), doesn't support it.
