Did you try step 4:

Have you tried to press the IF BOOT/RESET button while power cycling the kit? It should then show up as a Removable Storage Device named "BOOTLOADER". Then you can drag-and-drop the J-LINK interface MCU firmware found here (v170724) onto the storage device to reprogram the JLINK firmware.

I called all electrical circuits, everything is correct, powering everywhere is, clock generators are correct. I think it's about the firmware

Yes, after automatic update OB-Jlink my development board dk52840 ceased to be recognized by USB, and i decided to replace OB-Jlink firmware via my J-LINK ULTRA+ JTAG through 10-pin connector on-board (J-Link Commander see Cortex-M3 core (ATSAM3U2C)). All successfully completed, but dev board didn't work: pc doesn't see UART or USB, nrfjprog doesn't see ob-jlink, LED doesn't shine, RESET doesn't help

It sounds like he's reprogrammed the onboard JLink chip - so it no longer works as a JLink ?

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand the the situation correct, did you try using the on-board 10 pin connector to flash an application to the nRF?

Could you try the nrfjprog command nrfjprog -i , and see if your device is recognized?
