i didn't do much changes in the code except the device address i.e., 0x1E. I have checked clock also. So to just read the slave address, there are no big changes in the code i guess. I will check datasheet again. But why is it not even detected in twi_scanner app?

If other I2C devices on the same bus are working ok, you have to start digging into the KX 124-1051 datasheet to see if there's anything you've done wrong.

I am not sure about that, but i have checked other sensor with the same nRF52832 board using IIC . There i was getting the slave address through IIC. Just now I tested with twi_scanner app to detect the IIC addresses, there i am getting the address of the existing sensor but not the KX 124-1051, this means it is not detected. What could be the scenario?

Do you have external pull resistors?
