What do you mean by "connect another central device."?

Only a central can issue a connection request, and it can only issue it in response to a Peripherals advertisement. When you advertise you're a peripheral, and if you want a Central to connect to it then you must make that Central issue the connection request somehow.

My application acts as central and Peripheral at the same time.

When Device is in central mode : It scans and connects to the peripherals successfully.

But when board advertises am unable to connect another central device.

So have you started with the existing examples in the SDK?

Use them, unmodified, to explore and learn how it all works.

Is your code advertising?

Does nRF Connect see it?

Have you used the debugger to see what's happening in your code?
