&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;What LED is pulsing slowly?&amp;nbsp; If LED5 pulses, this indicates that the DK is in bootloader mode. The DK should be visible as a disk with the name BOOTLOADER in &amp;quot;My Computer&amp;quot;. If so, then you should be able to&amp;nbsp;drag the attached file to that folder and it will restore J-Link functionality.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yes, this is a new unit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-Yes, I have SDK, command line tools, and segger installed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-yes, the command works but nothing is listed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-No&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-I tried two different cables (1m and 10cm cables).&amp;nbsp; I tried on two different computers as well. VDD measures 3V with a DMM from what I can tell.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The LED still just slowly pulses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Other things I checked from the link I provided:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-Double checked hardware settings:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;SW9: VDD Mode, SW6: Default&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Tried BOOTLOADER mode (holding down reset button and cycling power)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Have you tried to run&lt;br /&gt;&lt;pre class="ui-code" data-mode="text"&gt;nrfjprog -i&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Does it appear in Device Manager?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Please ensure that the USB cable is not faulty.&lt;/li&gt;
