Nothing happens from what I can tell.

LED1 is pulsing slowly. Nothing is appearing in My Computer

What happened when you tried this? This should give the behavior below.

What LED is pulsing slowly? If LED5 pulses, this indicates that the DK is in bootloader mode. The DK should be visible as a disk with the name BOOTLOADER in "My Computer". If so, then you should be able to drag the attached file to that folder and it will restore J-Link functionality.

Thanks. Sorry for the delay, was out of the office a couple days.

Yes, this is a new unit.

-Yes, I have SDK, command line tools, and segger installed

-yes, the command works but nothing is listed

-No

-I tried two different cables (1m and 10cm cables). I tried on two different computers as well. VDD measures 3V with a DMM from what I can tell.

The LED still just slowly pulses.

Other things I checked from the link I provided:

-Double checked hardware settings: SW9: VDD Mode, SW6: Default

-Tried BOOTLOADER mode (holding down reset button and cycling power)

-Tried nrfjprog -f nrf52 -e

Hello,
I assume you have purchased a new unit? No one has been tampering with it before you? From the link you provide, what did you try? I need more information regarding your issue.

Have you installed the software from here?
Have you tried to run
```
nrfjprog -i
```
Does it appear in Device Manager?
Please ensure that the USB cable is not faulty.
