1. HW issue, mostly timing problems.

2. Probably not for the nRF52832, these Erratas are not really a problem. They all got simple workarounds that does not impact the performance of the SAADC.

3. Yes, absolutely!

4. I think they're fixed in nRF52840, nRF52810, and nRF52811.
