Does not seem like it: <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=no.nordicsemi.android.nrftoolbox&amp;hl=en">link 1</a>, <a href="https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Android-nRF-Toolbox/releases">link 2</a>.
