Thanks for answer. Currently I started using connectivity_4.0.0_usb_with_s132_3.1.0.hex firmware from pc-ble-driver repository, looks like it work fine, hope there is no big mistake to use it with the current pc-ble-driver-py

It is known that the connectivity firmware for PCA10059(NRF52 Dongle) is somewhat unstable, also when it comes to close-open. A new version of pc-ble-driver-py is just around the corner, so I will recommend you to wait until it is released. The new version contains improvements of the connectivity firmware, so it might solve this issue.

Hi,

Yeah, it works fine when I close and open the application at any time when dongle isn't connected to any device. And even if the dongle is connected to the device it will work fine with closing and opening the dongle. But when disconnect occurs (by dongle or the device I connected to) and I'm closing the device I can't open it again and facing Error code 13

Hi,

I'm a little bit confused, so it always work fine the first time you plug it in the PC. It also works fine when you close it and run the application again if the dongle isn't connected to any device. But if the dongle is connected to a device and you closing the application without disconnecting first, it only works sometimes? Am I correct?

Does this also happen if you connect then disconnect before closing the application?

Error code 13 means timeout in comminucation between ble-driver and connectivity firmware.
