&lt;p&gt;No, that is not possible.&amp;nbsp;In System OFF mode,&amp;nbsp;the system&amp;rsquo;s core functionality is powered down and all ongoing tasks are terminated. All clock sources are off during system off, so this includes both the RTC and TIMER&amp;nbsp;peripheral.&lt;/p&gt;
