 We are developing a device that require a 1Gb qspi memory interafaced with a nrf52840. 
 So far the qspi driver and the memory inits and the memory respond to some commands, but fail in anothers.

&lt;li&gt;This is a hardware limitation. The only option would be to use the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fps_nrf52840%2Fqspi.html&amp;amp;cp=3_0_0_5_18_5&amp;amp;anchor=custom_instructions"&gt;custom command option&lt;/a&gt;. This is not recommended for read/write transaction because it will be very slow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I would much rather recommend that you find a memory with the same opcodes. &lt;a href="https://www.digikey.no/products/en/integrated-circuits-ics/memory/774?k=&amp;amp;pkeyword=Macronix&amp;amp;sv=0&amp;amp;pv142=1572&amp;amp;sf=0&amp;amp;FV=8e80066%2c1fec000d%2c1fec000e%2cffe00306&amp;amp;quantity=&amp;amp;ColumnSort=0&amp;amp;page=1&amp;amp;pageSize=25"&gt;Here &lt;/a&gt;is an external flash that has the same opcodes but is 2 Gb.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
