&lt;p&gt;But this firmware with&amp;nbsp;Zephyr OS v1.14.99 is not working for me. But thank you. I understand why code jump to the wrong&amp;nbsp; the memory address for non secure firmware.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But still AT_client doesn&amp;#39;t work for me. Does not respond to any AT command, and on the serial console I have output &amp;quot;The AT host sample started&amp;quot; so, MCU is running. Only GSM modem not responding ? I do not know, but maybe I have bad firmware on the MCU ? I&amp;#39;m use firmware 0.7.0-29 alpha&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And if I switch the board name to&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;nrf9160_pca10090ns (ns is non secure yes ?), then compile it and run debug, then MCU jump to EFFFFFFE memmory address and stay there. After MCU not responding and sending data.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;And this also happens for the nrf9160_pca10090ns&amp;nbsp;and GPS example. What am I doing wrong ?
