Is it somehow possible to output a 13.56 MHz signal from the nRF52 ?
Yes, I KNOW: Similar questions have been asked many times. The nRF52 cannot drive an 13.56Mhz field, because it only acts as a tag. So, please do not throw tomatoes at me

RE: 13.56 MHz signal generation

Antenna Bandwidth of 2MHz, hence corner frequency at 14.56MHz. I reckon 16MHz won't do. I'll check other options for our purpose.

Nevertheless, thanks for your support.

RE: 13.56 MHz signal generation

Hi,

Correct, I do not know if this is accurate enough for your RFID device though. Even if, you might not have antennas that are wideband enough, but you will just have to test it and see.

Best regards,

However, I do not understand, how I could use PWM. Indeed, the 13.56MHz carrier does not need to be accurate for polling purpose. But PWM frequency can be either 16 or 8 MHz, which is far off, right?

RE: 13.56 MHz signal generation

Hi,

Unfortunately it is not possible to output 13.56 MHz from the nRF52. A long shot might be to use PWM, if you are lucky it is accurate enough to wake up the RFID device.
