The <a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52840/saadc.html?cp=3_0_0_5_22_1#unique_1891067092">documentation for SAADC in nRF52840</a> (which is nearly identical to that in nRF52832) say that &quot;<span>Each SAADC channel can have individual reference and gain settings&quot;, without listing any limitations.</span></p> <p>Best regards,<br />Jørgen&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
