For anyone wondering I scrapped this idea and just used the mobile apps RSSI graph and export feature to get the RSSI data.
The only problem with this approach is that you cannot track RSSI values for a longer period of time (days) because it is too much for the smartphone.
It would be awesome if the RSSI graph from the mobile app would also be available on the PC app.

Well you see since the Bluetooth Low Energy app and the RSSI Viewer app are from Nordic I thought that someone from Nordic might have an idea, how I get the RSSI value from the device I'm connected to into the chart.
